The Mindful You: Powerful Skills to Handle Stress

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This is the time when many health organizations raise awareness of the importance of our mental health and how it affects our daily lives.

This month, board members from Mental Health America of Fredericksburg will present an interactive, fun-filled mental health wellness workshop called The Mindful You: Powerful Skills to Handle Stress. In this workshop, participants will learn skills to help calm both mind and body.
